Azioweb

1. Services

Azioweb provides web and mobile product design, development, AI integration, and related consulting. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed before work begins.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access to required materials, and accurate information needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect schedules and are not the responsibility of Azioweb.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for agreed deliverables, ownership of custom work created specifically for you transfers as outlined in your project agreement. Azioweb retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

4. Payment

Invoices are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement. Late payments may pause work. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information shared during a project confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.

6. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with professional care consistent with industry standards. Except as required by law, Azioweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

7. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party hosting, APIs, analytics, or AI providers. You are responsible for accounts, licenses, and ongoing costs associated with those services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Upon termination, you pay for work completed to date and any non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
